West Clermont Invitational - 11/2

On Saturday 11/2, the Marching Eagles will travel to the 2nd annual West Clermont Marching Band Invitational at West Clermont High School (4101 Bach-Buxton Rd, Cincinnati). The Band will perform in Open Class at 8:15pm.

It's the final week of the Fall Fundraiser!

Please make a final push in this final week to finish up your sales. Your family and friends can support Milford Bands with a donation or purchase from Florida Indian River Groves, Wooden Spoon Cookie Dough, Butter Braids, Yankee Candle, SUDZ Soaps, or Grant's Greenhouse.

Remember that completed sales forms and money are due to your band teacher by Monday 11/4. (For 6th grade band students who do not have band on Monday, your orders are due to your teacher by Tuesday 11/5.) Thanks to everyone who has been selling!

Item pickup is scheduled for Saturday 12/14 from 9am-12:30pm in the MHS Band Room.

Indy Posters - Two Weeks!

Have you started your Indy poster? Posters should be 22" wide by 28" tall, and are scheduled for hanging on Tuesday 11/12 between 3-5pm. Take advantage of the SmugMug albums assembled by our Booster photographers to collect photos (link here). Remember that these are a surprise for first-time marchers...please keep them a secret!

Dine to Donate @ Mulberry Skyline - November 4

On Monday 11/4, come out to the Mulberry Skyline! The coupon says 4pm to 10pm, but the fundraiser runs all day--mention Milford Band Boosters, and a portion of your order will directly benefit the Band!

Download the flier here. Show a printout or mobile version, and the Band will receive 15% of proceeds. Hope to see you there!

Wind Ensemble @ University of Kentucky - November 24
On Sunday 11/24, the MHS Wind Ensemble will travel to Lexington to perform a joint concert with the University of Kentucky Wind Symphony. The concert will take place in the Singletary Center Concert Hall at 3pm.
Wind Ensemble members...remember that the up-front cost of this trip ($55) needs to be paid to Band Boosters by 11/1. Checks can be left in the Boosters box in the Band Office.

Pit Crew / Props

Assist the Marching Eagle Road Crew at upcoming football games and competitions. Help with loading and unloading equipment and props, as well as moving equipment on and off the field for the performance.

Competition & Game Chaperones

Chaperones help keep track of students, enforce "travel rules", assist with uniforms, and other tasks as needed. An approved background check is required. No experience is necessary; rookie chaperones will be paired with experienced chaperones.

School Store

Sell snacks and spirit wear in the School Store before and after school. Rhonda and Jody Morgan will train you and work with you until you are comfortable on your own.

Uniform Helpers

We need one additional volunteer to help with costumes at each remaining home football game and competition. You will receive free admission to each event you sign up for. A background check is required.

Booster Odds and Ends

2019/20 Meeting Schedule

Band Boosters meetings for the 2019-2020 school year will be held on the 4th Tuesday of each month (except for July and December). All meetings start at 7pm in the Milford High School Band Room. Attendance is open to anyone, and everyone is invited and encouraged to attend.

Upcoming meetings are scheduled for October 22, November 26, January 28, February 25, March 24, April 28, May 26, and June 23.


It's never too late to join the Milford Band Boosters! Membership is only $10 per family and comes with a photo button of your favorite band member(s).
