Make-Up Photos
Make-up photos with Dingo Photography have been scheduled for Thursday, October 17. Sessions will begin right after school. Band and Guard members who need a make-up session should sign up for the earliest slot possible using this SignupGenius link.
Please wear your Band or Guard uniform and bring your instrument or weapon/flag. Have your hair styled and make-up presentable (marchers will not be wearing shakos). Shoes won't show, so don't worry about them.
Note that this schedule is subject to change, due to Thursday's Band rehearsal being moved up for stadium availability. Please stay tuned to the Facebook feed for any changes.

Have you started thinking about your Indy poster? Posters should be 22" wide by 28" tall, and are tentatively scheduled for hanging on Tuesday 11/12. If you haven't started collecting pictures yet, take advantage of the SmugMug albums assembled by our Booster photographers (link here).
Freshman and 8th grade parents--if you haven't seen information about the posters yet, you'll be receiveing it shortly. Please note that these are a surprise for first-time marchers...please keep them a secret!

3rd Quarter Cookies
Please keep bringing in cookie donations! Following their halftime performance at each home football game, the Band and Guard celebrate with cookies and drinks in the end zone. We also invite the visiting band to join in. Donations of prepackaged cookie can be left with a director or in the cookie bin, which is located in the uniform closet (look for the yellow lid).
The timing and setup of 3rd quarter cookies prevents us from being able to closely monitor whether cookies contain nuts. We ask that anyone with a nut allergy avoid the cookie booth.

Assist the Marching Eagle Road Crew at upcoming football games and competitions. Help with loading and unloading equipment and props, as well as moving equipment on and off the field for the performance.

Chaperones help keep track of students, enforce "travel rules", assist with uniforms, and other tasks as needed. An approved background check is required. No experience is necessary; rookie chaperones will be paired with experienced chaperones.

Sell snacks and spirit wear in the School Store before and after school. Rhonda and Jody Morgan will train you and work with you until you are comfortable on your own.

We need one additional volunteer to help with costumes at each remaining home football game and competition. You will receive free admission to each event you sign up for. A background check is required.
