Fall Fundraiser

Close on the heels of Virtual Donation Day, our Fall Fundraiser is kicking off this week! This is our annual sale of citrus fruit, poinsettas, ready-to-bake goodies, and a number of other items, which will run throughout the month of October. All Milford Band students participate in this fundraiser, including members of the 6th grade and Junior High bands, as well as members of the High School curricular bands, Marching Band, Color Guard and Drumline.

Students will be selling products from several fantastic vendors to family, friends and neighbors for the Fall Fundraiser. There are many great items available, with online ordering available for most vendors! See details below.

Packets will be distributed the week of October 12. Students should start selling ASAP. All orders and payments are due back to a Band director no later than Monday Nov 2.

Please note:

  • Please follow COVID safety guidelines for selling and delivery of Fall Fundraiser items. Download here.
  • Money must be collected at the time of order. Make checks payable to Milford Band Boosters.
  • Double check that all order forms are legible and completed. Total columns, double check math, and make sure the money collected matches the total on all order forms.
  • Place all orders and money into the large Fall Fundraiser Packet Envelope. 
  • Make sure your name, school, grade, parent phone and parent email are clearly identified on the label on the front of the envelope.
  • Give your envelope to your Band Director no later than Monday, November 2nd.
  • Delivery Day for product pick-up will be on Saturday Dec 12 at the High School. Please see pickup details below.

Delivery Day

Delivery Day is scheduled for Saturday Dec 12 from 8:30am to 1:15pm in the High School Band Room. In order to maintain safe distancing, please plan your pickup within a time frame based on the schedule below. All items MUST be picked up on Saturday Dec 12. Band Boosters do not have access to refrigeration for longer storage of items ordered, and are not responsible for items that are damaged or spoiled due to failure to pick up.

Upon arriving, park in the High School main parking lot. Enter the school through the NGC doors (located to the right of the main MHS entrance), and follow the signs to enter the Band Room.

Student Incentives

For each $100 sold, each student will earn a ticket toward a prize drawing:

  • 1st Place will win a $75 Amazon gift card
    • One award for grades 6-8, and one for grades 9-12.
  • 2nd Place will win a $50 Amazon gift card
    • One award for grades 6-8, and one for grades 9-12.
  • 3rd Place will win a $25 Amazon gift card
    • One award for grades 6-8, and one for grades 9-12.
